Laura Reed is the artist behind Beach & Spruce, a mom of three girls, with a background in technology and business, she blends analytical thinking with creative intuition. After spending the last eighteen years at home raising her children, she returned to her lifelong love of art, inspired by the calming beauty of the coast and the quiet stillness of the mountains. Her designs reflect a desire to slow the pace of life, create moments of presence and infuse everyday life with warmth, simplicity and serenity. Through Beach & Spruce, Laura hopes to share the grounded joy of reconnecting with the tranquility of nature and the places where we feel most at peace.
Laura resides in Westport, WI with her husband Chris, three daughters (one is a senior in high schools and the other two are away at college) and two mini schnauzer rescues (Elsa and Daisy).
